1.武昌鱼清洗干净

2.葱切段姜切丝

3.鱼用刀划几刀方便入味,用手在表面和切口处抹适量的盐,鱼肚子中也抹一点,盐的量根据鱼和自己口味调节

4.将一部分葱和姜放进鱼肚子中

5.另外一部分夹在切口中,表面也撒一些

6.倒入料酒

7.倒入鲜酱油腌制半小时左右

8.放入蒸锅,蒸熟。冷水入锅,出蒸汽后计时,蒸15分钟左右。根据鱼的大小调整时间
